James Longshore was born in NYC and is a lifelong actor, writer and director. He started acting in Shakespeare at age 7 and by 12 was performing Off-Broadway and on PBS and Nickelodeon. James studied filmmaking at Los Angeles Film School and after graduation opened "MadMan At Large Productions" where he introduced the character James Bong in "The Origin" and also created the semi-successful but definitely funny sketch show "WFCT: The Thinking Mans Show For The Idiot". Since 2011 he has been based in Europe, where he acts in international productions, dialogue coaches European Actors in English, and writes the comic book "James Bong: Cannabis Crusader", which is published in magazines throughout the world. He will next be seen on the festival circuit in 2019 with "Ballad" and later this year as the Guard Captain in the latest installment of the "Dragonheart" Franchise.
