Jake Bass has worked in the film/video/audio/production industry for over 25 years. He grew up in Roswell, New Mexico, the town famous for the 1947 UFO crash. For his entire life he has had a fascination with movies, especially the action and sci-fi genres. He also has a love of music and started playing the guitar at age 14. His passion for guitar would win him a jazz guitar scholarship at South Plains College where he majored in recording engineering. He moved to Las Vegas, NV in 2000 to pursue his production career and has made several short films. With the help of his father, Jake learned to make props and costumes for his movies. He attended UNLV majoring in Business Management but also took classes in the film department, including acting and the Advanced Film Director's Workshop. In order to pursue a career in stunts he learned gymnastics and currently coaches part time at a gymnastics school in Henderson, NV. He is also highly proficient in various martial arts styles including MMA and Kung Fu. In 2004 his athletic ability landed him the starring role in the Six Flags Stunt Show "Batman vs Catwoman." He currently works as a freelancer in video & audio production in Las Vegas. His entire life culminates in the pursuit of becoming a better story teller.
