J.R. “Sid” Stokes is an independent filmmaker and photographer. Primarily focused on telling stories regarding marginalized groups and troubling environments; J.R. has continually pursued stories that have both a personal and meaningful relation to himself and the world around him. He has been adamantly dedicated to finding characters that resemble the greater struggles that are commonly found amongst everyday people. J.R. hopes that his stories can be universal to audiences of various backgrounds.
