The Jos Community Film Festival (JOCOFFEST) is a roaming and nongovernmental community based film festival and a subsidiary of the E-6 Events. The festival is a non-profit event and it adapts the film medium as a vehicle to popularize the potentials on the Plateau, specifically focused on women and youth development. The festival runs simultaneously with a two day golf kitty. Plateau State has come to be known as a State endowed with beautiful sceneries, temperate weather , happy and accommodating people and an immeasurable number of young and talented youths.

However, the State has been bedeviled with endless animosities, ethno-religious and political conflicts leading to lack of trust, disruption of loyalties, rivalries, unimaginable poverty, unemployment and corruption. It is no wonder that the youths are vulnerable tools at the Beck and call of politicians and criminal minded individuals. Today, the dreams of the average plateau youth and the aged have been truncated. It is imperative therefore to emphasize that peace and or lack of it, is a prerequisite for stability, development and security, thus the need to partner with the government and other stakeholders to confront and intervene using the community film festival. Each year, the festival envision to cover one suburb in the Jos metropolis beginning with Tudun Wada, followed by Wholshe (2024), Dong (2025), Rikkos (2026), Lamingo (2027) Darin Kowa (2028), Rantya (2029), Ungwa Rogo (2030), Ungwan Bukuba (2031), Gada Biu/Kabon (2032) in that order,
