Awards & Prizes

Each category (Feature Films, Short Films, Documentaries, and Theatre) includes three main awards:

"COMEDY BEYOND BORDERS" Award in FILM or TV
Presented by the Italian Comedy Festival, this award honors works that skillfully use humor to connect with audiences both nationally and internationally. The winning film or theatre play will be showcased before a prestigious audience in Los Angeles during the Italian Comedy Festival - Hollywood.

AUDIENCE AWARD
This award celebrates the work that has captured the hearts of the festival audience, reflecting its popularity and broad appeal.

Ogni categoria (Lungometraggi, Cortometraggi, Documentari e Teatro) prevede tre premi principali:

PREMIO “COMMEDIA OLTRE CONFINE” nel Cinema o Teatro
Presentato dall’Italian Comedy Festival, questo premio onora le opere che utilizzano brillantemente l’umorismo per connettersi con il pubblico sia a livello nazionale che internazionale. Il film vincitore sarà presentato, davanti a un pubblico di prestigio, a Los Angeles durante l’Italian Comedy Festival Hollywood.

PREMIO DEL PUBBLICO
Un riconoscimento al film che ha conquistato i cuori e l’attenzione del pubblico del festival, riflettendo il suo successo e la sua popolarità.

PREMIO GIURIA GIOVANE
Assegnato da una giuria di giovani studenti, questo premio mette in risalto il film che meglio sa coinvolgere e ispirare le nuove generazioni di appassionati di commedia.

Rules & Terms

Programming & Exhibition
All submissions selected for the Italian Comedy Festival (ICF) will be placed in the section deemed most appropriate by the Festival programmers, at their sole discretion. The Festival reserves the right to determine the time, venue, and manner in which each selected work is presented.

Public Exhibition & Transmission
By submitting your work, you acknowledge and agree that, if selected, your submission may be publicly exhibited during the Festival and may also be broadcast, streamed, or digitally transmitted across any media platform used by the Festival, both during and after the event.

Promotional Use
Entrants grant the ICF and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use excerpts, trailers, stills, posters, and/or short clips from their submission for the purposes of promotion, publicity, archiving, and marketing of the Festival. This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media, press materials, television, and other distribution channels.

Archival Rights
Selected works may be retained in the Festival archives for educational, cultural, and promotional purposes. The Festival will not make full works available for public distribution outside the scope of Festival activities without the express written consent of the rights holder.

Acceptance of Terms
Submission of a film or project to the ICFN constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Regulations in their entirety.
