Hi! I’m Isabela Sallaberry, an American undergraduate video essayist and filmmaker at the American University of Paris. My work draws on topics of philosophy and anthropology, exploring how abstract ideas and human stories can take shape on screen. I’m interested in film as a space where thought becomes image, and where questions of life can be felt as much as understood.
I am experienced both behind the camera and in post-production, with strong technical skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. I aim to create films that weave together different disciplines, inviting audiences to reflect and experience familiar ideas from fresh perspectives
