This festival is free for producers of animation and feature films.
If you are a producer of commercial feature animation or commercial feature film, you can receive a free entry code to participate in the festival by sending an email to mamzin.roi@gmail.com and introducing yourself to the festival managers, and participate in the International Mam and Zin Festival without paying any entry fee. .

The center of this festival is the city of Erbil in Kurdistan.
Each of Kurdistan's cities has important musical and artistic ranks at the world level, including Sanandaj, which has been registered as a creative city of music by UNESCO.
Kurdistan has places with the history of civilization, history, culture and art. It has hosted many great artists and we are proud to host artists and creative ideas in this beautiful place with historical, artistic, cultural and natural tourist attractions.

You must own or have all the rights to the submitted video.
The festival does not pay any screening fees to filmmakers/producers. Films selected to screen with us will have the opportunity to withdraw from their screening and retain their prize(s) in the event of a conflict with another festival or event. A filmmaker can withdraw a film from the festival at any time.
If the filmmaker decides to cancel the submission, the submission fee will not be refunded.

We accept all genres in any language from all over the world. (If you follow the * clause in our rules) Please select the correct category when submitting to avoid disqualification. Also, we reserve the right to reassign the video to an appropriate category.
