تسعى الدورة الثامنة من الأيام الدولية لأفلام الرسوم المتحركة بالجزائر إلى ترسيخ سينما التحريك كفن بصري معاصر قادر على التعبير، الحوار، ونقل التجارب الإنسانية بمختلف أشكالها.

ومن خلال العروض السينمائية، الورشات، واللقاءات المهنية، تهدف التظاهرة إلى تقريب هذا الفن من الجمهور الجزائري، والتعريف بتنوع تقنياته وأساليبه الفنية، من التحريك التقليدي إلى التجارب الرقمية والذكاء الاصطناعي، مع إبراز قدرته على مخاطبة الأطفال والكبار على حد سواء.

تؤمن التظاهرة بأن أفلام الرسوم المتحركة ليست مجرد وسيلة ترفيه، بل لغة فنية قائمة بذاتها، تجمع بين السينما، الرسم، الموسيقى، الأدب، والحرف البصرية، وتفتح مجالات واسعة للتعبير الحر والابتكار والتجريب. وقد أصبحت مهرجانات التحريك الدولية اليوم فضاءات أساسية لتبادل الثقافات، تطوير المواهب، وخلق حوار بين الفنانين والجمهور.

The 8th edition of the International Animated Film Days in Algeria seeks to establish animation cinema as a contemporary visual art form capable of expression, dialogue, and conveying human experiences in all their diversity.
Through film screenings, workshops, and professional encounters, the event aims to bring the art of animation closer to Algerian audiences while highlighting the richness of its techniques and artistic approaches from traditional animation to digital practices and AI-generated creations emphasizing its ability to speak to both children and adults alike.
