A. Eligibility
1. Entries must be submitted in their final form. Works-in-progress will not be accepted.
2. All genres are welcome, including narrative, documentary, animation, and experimental.
3. Films must be in English or include English subtitles.
4. All films must have a runtime of no more than 25 minutes, including any titles and credits.
B. Categories
1. WSM Films: MUST have been created within Weston-super-Mare, UK.
2. South West Films: MUST have been created within South West, UK.
3. UK Films: MUST have been created within the UK.
4. International Films: MUST be in English or have English subtitles.
C. Submission
1. Submissions must be made via FilmFreeway
2. Each submission must include; a link or file upload, film synopsis, director's bio and press kit (upon request).
3. Submission fees are non-refundable.

D. Selection & Notification
1. Selections are made by the festival programming team.
2. Entrants will be notified by 27/09 via Email or FilmFreeway
3. Selected applicants must provide any promotional material required by the film festival.
E. Screening & Rights
1. By submitting, you grant the festival the right to screen your film during the event and use excerpts (under 1 minute), stills, and descriptions for promotional purposes.
2. The filmmaker retains full ownership and copyright of the work.
F. Legal & General
1. Entrants confirm they have the legal rights to all music, footage, and content in their film.
2. The festival reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not comply with these terms.
3. The festival's decisions are final and non-negotiable.
