Rules for the In-FCTA 2023 short film competition
Fifth edition of the Terra Alta Film Festival
August 6 - August 12, 2023
1. Description of the competition
The main goal of In-FCTA is and will always be cultural dissemination in a depressed area and with reduced access to diverse and quality cultural formats. In this case, it is tries to find a place in Terres de l’Ebre for the dissemination of a cultural format, audiovisual and film, which has always had a large presence in the area, however which in recent years has lost the brilliance of other eras.
If the intention is to increase the interest in the seventh art in the population, it must be made available of adults, for enjoyment, but also for deepening knowledge about cinema and for the creation of a space for reflection and dialogue on the same cultural format and, again, of the themes that are developed in the projected works, and also make it available to children, to get to know it, value it, create it and get excited about cinema.
