"Engaging community through inclusive practices and diverse art-making"

[IN]terlaced: International Screendance Festival is northwest Idaho's first festival showcasing the best of screendance from around the world. Committed to screening films that engage with innovative cinematic and dance conceptualization produced by creative collaborators from all corners of the globe, we currently seek short films that integrate dance and cinema in unique and playful ways. We have no hierarchy of genre, form, line, representation, identity, or figure and welcome a variety of styles of movement, themes, and approaches to creative composition that do not exceed 15 minutes. All films selected for screening will be notified of their status by December 31, 2024. If selected, your film will screen at an in-person event in April 2025. We look forward to showcasing your work!
