Incheon International Short Film Festival aims to gather emerging talent from all around the globe.
Founded by a group of creatives, Incheon International Short Film Festival was born out of an enthusiasm for creativity and a passion for discovering new inspirations and rising talented artists.
The festival jury is dedicated to serving our film makers with great respect therefore every month an academic jury will evaluate all films.
We are excited to be part of your film's journey and devoted to support and encourage all new content creators. We currently host monthly online screenings and a single physical event (once a year). All winners receive a Incheon International Short Film Festival laurel, certificate and will be shared across all of our social platforms.

All official selections and finalists have a laurel badge.
The winning film will receive a certificate.
Awarded films will be announced on our website and our social media page.
At the end of each year, the jury will select one best short film of annual award and one best director & best student film of annual award from the monthly winners, and get a trophy of festival.

Rules:
– Films must be submitted via an online screen ONLY.
– We DO NOT accept films submitted on DVD.
– If you are submitting more than ONE entry, a separate submission is required for EACH film.
– You are providing INISFF a nonexclusive limited license to use segments of your film (including trailers/film posters/press kits/teasers) for promotional purposes.
– The film production may be from the last FIVE years.
– All films must be UNDER 60 minutes.
– Submissions DO NOT guarantee selection.
– All international films MUST have English or Korean subtitles if in another language.
– Entrants confirm and warrant that they have the required legal authority to use all music, images, and content in the entry submitted.
– Works-in-progress and films with distribution are accepted.
– No restrictions on premiere or online statuses.
– Official Selections will be announced on the website, social media and partners.
– Films CAN NOT be withdrawn from the festival program after being selected.

Liability:
The sender of the submitted film is responsible for all copyrights. He is legally authorized to enter his film in the festival and, if selected for the festival, authorized to give screening permission.
Filmmaker agrees that film entered into the festival may be selected for screening at the Festival, and that fragments of the film might be also presented through mass media, in association with the promotional campaigns of the Festival.
The applicant has secured all necessary rights for both picture and sound, and the exhibition will not violate or infringe upon any rights, including but not limited to music, images, and content.
If selected for the festival the applicant acknowledges and agrees that an exhibition quality digital screening file must be made available for screening by the Date of Event.
The film, including all copyrights, remains the property of the author.
If screenings or information are inaccurate or flawed, the organizer is only liable in case of gross negligence.
The applicant has to read and accept the regulations and guidelines for participation.
