This is a festival created with the purpose of supporting and encouraging emerging filmmakers. All submitted films will be selected in the first instance, which does not necessarily mean they will be screened before a live audience.

Selected films will be featured in an exclusive editorial interview published on culturaljournal.net.ua and promoted across our social media platforms to an audience of festival directors, film critics, art collectors, and cultural professionals worldwide.
We welcome narrative features, short films, documentaries, experimental films, animation, student films, and art films from all countries and languages. All genres accepted.
