Huong Vu is a writer-director from Vietnam, currently based in New Hampshire. She is a 2023 Cinema & Television BIPOC Filmmaker Grant awardee and a recipient of the Scribe Video Center Student Filmmaker Fund. Her work explores familial conflicts, the diaspora, food, and memory, often centering on imperfect Asian women who persistently grapple with their missteps. Through her words and images, she documents everyday life, exploring women’s daily routines and family through the lens of food. Huong is currently working as a Post-Production Manager at Dartmouth College.
