Graduated in Philosophy and Cinema at UFRJ and University Paris VIII. Master and PhD in Philosophy of Art, he dedicates his studies to experimental narrative cultures. For 15 years, he has been working with audiovisual development and direction with an emphasis on transmedia. In 2014 he was nominated for an Emmy Award as Director and Screenwriter for the History Channel series, O Infiltrado. In 2018, he wrote and directed his first fictional feature film, Aquilo que Sobra (What Remains), released internationally on CPH: DOX. His best-known shorts are Muda (2021) released at the Marxe Video Poetry Festival in Catalonia and Dreno (2022) released at the Kinoforum Short Film Festival in São Paulo.
