An actor by trade, I was born and raised in Houston, TX. I initially started writing as a way to make work for myself. The first feature I co-wrote, 'The Prodigy' was produced in 2000 and did moderately well and a short while later, I accidentally sold my 2nd screenplay when a friend made me an offer on a property after the production funds fell through. Although it was below the minimums, it gave me the money to move to Los Angeles to pursue acting. During my 10 years there, I kept writing as a way to maintain sanity, but never had any aspirations to do anything with it. I've recently moved back to Texas (Austin) with a wife and two daughters, so aided by my newfound love of cheap wine, I continue to write in an effort to maintain sanity. I'm doing pretty good. So, here I am with a bunch of stuff I've written, just sitting on my computer that nobody has read and that's just dumb.
