High Desert Screening is live annual one day event showcasing New Mexico's artistic community . By introducing the state's "storytellers" in selective categories of Movie Trailers, Music Videos, Short Films and Documentaries. This collection will entertain, educate, and inspire attendees. The event also introduces and promotes local photographers, artists and businesses alike that are committed to and invested in the elevation of the film and creative arts industry in New Mexico. This truly is a celebration of the states creative community.
Filmmakers whose films are selected for the film festival will have countless creative opportunities, including an official selection certificate a change to win an award as the best Movie Trailer, Music video, Short Film, Best Actor and Best Director among with screening in the land of enchantment of Albuquerque, and Streaming their projects in one of our local distribution company, where people from all over the world can watch these films.
High Desert Screening also interviews everyone who gets involves on this event such as graphic designers, editors, musicians, directors, producers, etc. through a Local Podcast and make sure their voices are heard out of state.
This unique Film Festival will also help you connect with producers, directors, and interact with the art scene including for those who come from out of New Mexico to join the Festival.
