Hazhar Ramezani (b. 1990, Bookan, Iran) is an Iranian filmmaker and theater director currently based in Paris. He began his career as a theater director and writer, creating numerous award-winning productions in Iran. Ramezani holds a bachelor's degree in Theater Directing and is also an alumnus of Sorbonne University's Master's Program in Plastic Arts.

Since arriving in France in 2019, he has focused on two key concepts: documented human bodies and impaired bodies. Drawing from his exploration of these themes, he has directed films that intertwine and examine both concepts.
