Harriet McKern has recently graduated from the International Film School Sydney (now AFFT) with her student shorts Backward Showgirl Variation and Say “bubbles”. Her previous shorts include Look Into My Eyes 1997 and A Once Smiling Woman 2001. She has also been General Manager of the Australian Directors Guild and co-ordinated Screen NSW’s prestigious Aurora screenwriting lab. Harriet is currently developing a web series and a feature Insert Word and is in post of a short doco Smile.
