Hamid Naseri Moghadam was born on July 27, 1978 in Neyshabour. He attended Iran Soore University in 2002 and Studied Cinema Directing. He made his first student short film, Cul-de-sac in 2001. He directed Lottery (2003) and To Turn (2006) that accepted in Clermont-Ferrand Film Festival (2007). In 2008 he directed his first documentary, Firoozeh (Turquoise) in Neyshabour. Suddenly Snow (2009), The Curtain Dances in The Wind (2016) and Like a Dog (2022) are other drama movies he directed.
