Hadi Sheibani is a film graduate with more than a decade of experience in the industry as a film editor and director. He is the AFA scholarship recipient, the only Iranian Fellow at the Asian Film Academy in 2019, and the first Iranian film editor to attend the International Film Editors Forum with the Travel Grant in 2022. In March 2024, Hadi was awarded the Elite Youth in Razavi Khorasan Province and nominated for the National Competition of Elite Youth held by Iran’s Ministry of Sport and Youth. He has edited 16 short films and made his directorial debut with 'Katvoman,' an Iranian-Indian co-production inspired by the MeToo Movement that addresses the pressing issues of domestic violence and women's rights. Hadi has won seven international awards, and his works have been selected for a hundred film festivals. Furthermore, Hadi has participated in various social and educational volunteer activities, demonstrating his commitment to community service.
