Golpo Rajjo Films, meaning "The Story Kingdom," is a Bangladeshi film production company whose main agenda is to prioritize the story over anything else. It is owned by Mr. Abu Shahed Emon, a Bangladeshi-born writer-director-producer known for his films, Jalaler Golpo, which premiered in the New Currents competition at the Busan Film Festival and was Bangladesh’s entry to the Oscars in 2015. He also creatively produced the award-winning Bangladeshi anthology Sincerely Yours, Dhaka, which was Bangladesh’s entry to the Oscars in 2020. Since its inception, the company has backed projects with original cinematic visions. One of its recent films, No Ground Beneath the Feet, was officially selected for the 26th Busan Film Festival 2021 and was Bangladesh’s entry to the Oscars in 2023. The company also produced award-winning films like A House with No Names (2023), and critically acclaimed web series like Mercules (2023) and anthology series Bagh Bondi Shingho Bondi (2021).
