The short film festival “Golden Grapes” was founded in 2022, in Georgia, Telavi.
On the first year festival was held with local films ( Georgian films ), in 2023 festival took an international status, from now on our platform is open for international film submission, festival has local ( Georgian ) and international film screenings.
The festival program consists of short : Animation, Feature and documentary films, also retrospectives will be held as part of the non-compete program.
The festival will be curated by international jury members.
Competition Categories: Short Fiction Film, Short Animation Film, Short Documentary Film and Student Films ( includes all above mentioned categories )

Rules & Terms

Film submission on the festival is free, Festival will accept films that were produced during 2023-24 years, The film length must be at least 10 minutes and should not exceed 30 minutes, as for the animation films from 1 minute to 30, also the film must be animated for at least 70%.
As for the Student films The film length must be from 5 - 30 minutes, students films will be screened together regardless of there category ( Animation, Documentary or Fiction )
films must have English subtitles, The festival has the rights to change the submission category as it sees fit, also festival has the rights to use 30 seconds of the film for promotion purposes, The members of the jury must not be involved in production of the submitted film.
For the film upload platform please use: “YouTube” “Vimeo” “Wetransfer” or some other similar alternative platforms.
