Gavin Charles is an award-winning, independent filmmaker from Kansas City, Missouri. NOCLIP, the feature film he co-directed, co-wrote and starred in, premiered at Panic Fest 2024, and won the Jeff Burr Prize at the 2024 Chattanooga Film Festival. NOCLIP is the first film in a series of found-footage liminal horror movies directed by Gavin Charles & Alex Conn. The sequel, NOCLIP 2, world-premiered at the 2025 Chattanooga Film Festival.
