The Gaia Festival - Stories of Lands and Food, promoted by the Cultural Association "Anthipodi" of Lecce, is the place in which to tell about food and its territories, societies and peoples, traditions and memory, culture ... ultimately the great "intangible cultural heritage", according to the definition of UNESCO.
A Festival that aims to promote the territorial identities of the whole world and to enhance their cultures and typicality through the narration of food and wine traditions and it does so also by promoting and enhancing the talent and quality of the works of national and international photographers to allow them a profitable exchange of experiences, direct confrontation with professionals in the sector and the expansion of skills, as well as increasing the possibility of being known by a wider audience.
The Gaia Festival - Stories of Lands and Food will host the final exhibition of the Gaia Photo Fest, with the best classified photos, and personal by established authors, book presentation, photographic workshops, portfolio readings and the ceremony award ceremony

Il Festival Gaia – Storie di Terre e Cibo, promosso dall’Associazione culturale “Anthipodi” di Lecce, è il luogo nel quale raccontare il cibo e i suoi territori, le società e i popoli, le tradizioni e la memoria, la cultura…in definitiva il grande “patrimonio culturale intangibile”, secondo la definizione dell’UNESCO.
Un Festival che si propone di promuovere le identità territoriali di tutto il mondo e di valorizzarne culture e tipicità attraverso la narrazione delle tradizioni enogastronomiche e lo fa anche promuovendo e valorizzando il talento e la qualità delle opere di fotografi nazionali e internazionali per consentire loro un proficuo scambio di esperienze, il diretto confronto con i professionisti del settore e l'ampliamento delle skills, nonché d’incrementare la possibilità di farsi conoscere da un più vasto pubblico.
Il Festival Gaia – Storie di Terre e Cibo ospiterà la mostra finale del Gaia Photo Fest, con le migliori fotografie classificate, e personali di autori affermati, presentazione libri, workshop fotografici, letture portfolio e la cerimonia di premiazione.

All the finalist works will be exhibited during the collective exhibition and published in a photographic volume.
