1. What does my ticket include?
Each ticket includes access to film screenings, networking events listed, and votes for your favorite film in the ticket description. Food is only included with passes marked “w/ Food.”
2. Is food included with my ticket?
A meal or popcorn drink combo is only included with tickets marked “w/ Food.” Standard passes do not include meals.
3. Can I purchase food without a food pass?
Food availability may be limited. Guests without a food pass may be able to purchase meals, popcorn, and drinks depending on availability and vendor policies.
4. Do I need to attend all screenings?
No. You may attend the screenings and events that fit your schedule during your ticketed day or weekend.
5. Will tickets be available at the door?
Tickets may be limited, so we recommend purchasing in advance.
6. What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in before screenings begin.
7. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Please contact FylmTV@gmail.com, and we will see if we can help you. There are no guarantees.
8. What kind of food do you have?
We will be serving popcorn, sodas, and water throughout the event. At 4 PM each day, food will be served for the rest of the day or until it sells out. Vendor meals for the event are still being determined.
9. How does People’s Choice voting work?
Each day pass gets you 3 votes to support your favorite films for the People’s Choice Award. Weekend passes get you 9 votes.

12. What’s the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable within one week of purchase or after October 1, 2026.
13. Where is the festival located?
Day 1 and Day 2 will take place at the Industry Innovation Center in TechTown Detroit. The Day 3 location is still to be determined.
14. Is parking available?
Free and paid parking will be available in the area. More details will be shared soon.
15. Are tickets required for each attendee?
Yes. Each attendee must have their own ticket for entry.
16. Can I leave and come back?
Yes. Re-entry is allowed as long as you have your event badge.
17. Will photos or videos be taken at the event?
Yes. Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
18. What happens if the schedule changes?
If there are any schedule changes or event updates, please expect an email from FilmFreeway or FylmTV.com.
19. Can I vote for more than one film?
Yes. You may use your votes however you choose for eligible films during your ticketed day or weekend.
20. Are seats reserved?
Seating is first come, first served unless otherwise stated. We recommend arriving early for the best seating options.
