2024 is an ONLINE EVENT: September 13th (ONE NIGHT A YEAR)
2025 is an all-new LIVE in person event: September 11th (ONE NIGHT A YEAR)

From 2100films comes Friday Night Frights, a brother-owned production driven event, based in Los Angeles. We pride ourselves as one of the scariest horror showcases in LA; screening short and feature length horror films. The festival, although brand new, will feature a diverse array of short horror movies to keep you on your toes. Although online this year, we are happy to announce an in-person screening for 2025.

Mission & Objective:
At Friday Night Frights, we're all about celebrating amazing work. This festival is created by filmmakers, for filmmakers. Our goal is to highlight exceptional storytelling, great camera work, delicious lighting, smooth editing, vibrant sound – and lots of scares.

We're here to help your project succeed. We'll shout about it on our social media pages, making sure more people see and love your work. Not only that, we will personally distribute your short or feature film on our YouTube platform for several eyes to see.

This will be an event you won't forget - or want to miss. Submit your film now to become a part of Friday Night Frights. Don't forget to follow @frightsfest & @2100films on Instagram to keep up with our short films or festival updates.
