Frank Caeti is a writer, director, actor, and improviser. The Chicago Tribune called him, “a future rock star of comedy”, San Diego Magazine said, “Frank Caeti has superstar written all over him” while his Mom queried, “why couldn’t you pick a career with more financial stability?”
Most of Frank's experience is in comedy, but he has written spec pilots and features that are span genres and tone. He enjoys writing about fucked up family dynamics.
Frank is a proud alumnus of The Second City where he toured the world and wrote and performed on their resident companies in Chicago and Las Vegas. He moved to LA when he was cast as a series regular performer and contributing writer on MADtv. Other TV credits include: Jimmy Kimmel Live, Modern Family, Key and Peele, Adam Ruins Everything, Reno 911, NCIS, and over three dozen commercials. Other Theatre credits include: UCB, iO, La Jolla Playhouse, Kennedy Center, Dallas Theater Center, and Kirk Douglas Theater.
Mr. Caeti's writing has appeared on tv, online, and in theaters all over the country. He wrote for Cartoon Network’s Wabbit and Boomerang’s New Looney Tunes. Frank co-wrote and directed the Disney Digital web series Ithamar Has Nothing To Say produced by Key and Peele. He has developed television series with Sacha Baron Cohen’s Four by Two Films and Sony Pictures Television. He co-wrote the Off-Broadway play #DateMe.
Most recently he wrote and performed his solo show Frankly, My Frank, I Don't Give A Frank and an improvisational and musical stage adaptation of Planes, Trains, and Automobiles.
