Firass Dirani is a director, producer and one of Australia’s most exciting leading actors.
As an actor, he has starred in TV series such as ‘Underbelly: The Golden Mile’ and ‘House Husbands’, for which he won the Logie award for ‘Best New Talent’ and the Graham Kennedy Logie for ‘Best Actor’.
In 2017, he directed and produced his first action comedy short film ‘Bang! Bang!’, which reached a quarter of a million people on social media.
He has starred in Aussie films such as ‘The Combination’ (2009) and ‘The Black Balloon’ (2008), as well as Hollywood blockbusters such as ‘Pitch Black’ (2000), ‘Hacksaw Ridge’ (2016) and Killer Elite (2011), where he went one on one with Robert De Niro and Jason Statham.
In 2010, he won the ‘CLEO Bachelor of the Year’ crown, was nominated for the Inside Film ‘Out of the Box’ award and also won GQ Men of the Year ‘Best Television Actor’ award in the same year.
