Share your story through short and medium-length films celebrating exploration, adventure, and life in cold environments.

Be part of this newly created festival and join a community of professional expedition filmmakers in the iconic location of Finse, Norway, where explorers meet and
expeditions train.

The festival welcomes submissions across four thematic categories: Frozen Frontiers (exploration, adventure and discovery), Ice & Isolation (human resilience, solitude and life in remote environments), Arctic Voices (stories of Arctic communities, cultures and northern identities), and Melting Point (climate, environmental change and our relationship with the frozen world).

Hosted by Lars Ebbesen, Polar Guides Ltd & WEM, the festival features full-length films by Caroline Côté, Lonnie Dupre, Martin Hartley and The Polar Academy/RAB. Festival director and curator Caroline Côté and her panel will review the submitted films, and selected works will be screened throughout the weekend.

Show your work alongside Caroline, Lonnie and Martin, connect with fellow filmmakers and adventurers, and celebrate a shared passion for winter, exploration and the North. Take the next step with Finsehytta Film Fest.
