FilmShore International Film Festival (FIFF) 2022 seeks to explore and rewards innovative and outstanding short films and documentaries across the globe. The festival comprises of six distinct quarterly editions running over a time span of two years.

The second edition will be open for submissions from 01st May 2022 onwards. Cash awards, trophies and certificates will be given to the winners of the main categories. Importantly, all the winners of each quarterly edition will get an automatic entry as finalist to the mega event that will be held after the completion of six editions in August 2023, where the winners of main categories of each editions will compete to determine the best among the winners. The prestigious FILMSHORE GOLDEN LION AWARD will be given to the best short film of all the six editions.

Official Selections and the winners will be selected quarterly, so the filmmakers will know about jury’s decision quickly. Winners will be announced on our website and social media pages at the end of each edition.

All films made after 01 January 2019 are eligible for submission.
2. Short Films and Documentaries in all languages are accepted. If your movie is not in English, you must have English subtitles.
3. Multiple films from the same applicant are accepted but it must be submitted separately.
4. The decision of the festival selection committee will be final and can’t be changed.
5. FilmShore Private Ltd. will have the right to retain copies of each film and the material send as part of our festival library and can be screened in for education, promotion, awareness & commercial purposes.
6. FilmShore Private Ltd. reserve the rights to change, cancel or re-schedule the dates, venue, awards & categories without consent or information to contestants.
7. Films must be no longer than 40 minutes in length.
8. Only completed films may be submitted and will be considered.
9. We do not accept pornography and those videos with inappropriate contents like promoting caste and racial discrimination, communal tension etc.
10. All film types or genres are accepted.
11. Films that are submitted must be the entrant’s original work and shall not infringe on any copyrights or any other rights of any third Parties. Contestants agree that they have obtained all required copyright permissions regarding music, sound & images etc presented in their film.
12. FilmShore Private Ltd. reserves the right not to award any or all of the prizes.
13. By submitting the project, you agree that our partner film festivals will be able to send you an offer to submit your projects.
14. Entry Fees once submitted shall not be refunded.
15. Submitting your film to the FIFF 2022 is not a guarantee of selection.
16. All the winning films will receive a certificate.
17. Once a film gets the official selection, the filmmaker will be notified. It will also be listed on our website and social media platforms.
