I am a Beninese and French filmmaker and actress based in France.
I moved from Benin over a decade ago to pursue my studies, and soon discovered both the richness and the struggles of exile and uprooting. My personal journey, shaped by a dual cultural identity, fuels my cinematic vision where themes of belonging, resilience, and hope intertwine.
My debut short film, RETURNEE (2025), draws directly from my own story and serves as a tribute to my late father. Through this film, I aims to give voice to the experiences of the African diaspora while telling a universal story that resonates with audiences everywhere. As a first-time filmmaker, I am determined to bring my work to the international stage and pursue opportunities from Africa to Hollywood.
