Panòptic Festival is an international film and visual arts festival focused on the impact of digitalization and new technologies on contemporary society. The festival accepts fiction, documentary, and animation short films (up to 30 minutes) produced after January 1, 2024. Films may be submitted in any language (subtitles required in Catalan, Spanish, or English). Awards include Jury Award (€300), Audience Award (€150), and a €50 screening fee for all selected films.

Panòptic is a film and visual arts festival with a critical focus on the impact of digitalization and new technologies on contemporary society. Through a hybrid programme of audiovisual works and visual arts, the festival aims to encourage reflection, debate, and alternative perspectives on the digital era.

Panòptic is a resident project of M|A|C Mataró Art Contemporani and is organized by Associació Cultural Panòptic, a non-profit organization based in Mataró (Spain).

ELIGIBILITY

- Fiction, documentary, and animation short films
- Maximum length: 30 minutes
- Produced after January 1, 2024
- Films in any language (subtitles required in Catalan, Spanish, or English if the original language is not Catalan or Spanish)
- Multiple submissions per participant allowed
