ENGLISH: Akida International Film Festival is an international film festival created by a team of passionate filmmakers with the goal to bring together the viewer and the filmmaker by distributing independent cinema.

The festival was founded by Nick Kremm and E. Dimitris Pontikakis Batana back in 2022 and it has now networked in more than 114 countries all over the world.

ESPAÑOL: El Festival Internacional de Cine Akida es un festival de cine internacional creado por un equipo de apasionados cineastas y amantes del cine en Sevilla, España, con el objetivo de unir al espectador y al cineasta mediante la distribución de cine independiente.

El propio festival está fundado por Nick Kremm y E. Dimitris Pontikakis Batana en 2022 y ahora cuenta con una red en más de 114 países de todo el mundo.

Rules & Terms

ESPAÑOL:

- La película debe completar la categoría en la que figura.

- Los subtítulos son necesarios para enviar.

- Aceptamos directores de todas las edades.

- Al menos 1 persona de la producción (Director, Productor, Actor u otro) debe asistir al festival durante 1 semana mientras la película específica se esté transmitiendo.

- El formulario sólo puede ser llenado por: el director, el productor, el jefe de producción, los ejecutivos de marketing u otros cargos de la administración.

- Todas las películas serán calificadas por profesionales y jueces que aprobaron exámenes de conocimientos cinematográficos.

- El objetivo del festival es promover y ayudar a los pequeños realizadores y producciones. Apoya el cine independiente y entretiene a la gente con cultura y conocimiento.

ENGLISH:

- The film must complete the category in which it is listed.

- Subtitles are necessary to submit.

- We accept directors of all ages.

- At least 1 person from the production (Director, Producer, Actor or other) must attend the festival for 1 week as long as the specific film is streaming.

- The form can only be completed by: the director, the producer, the production manager, marketing executives or other administration posts.

- All films are going to be qualified by professionals and judges that passed from cinematographic knowledge exams.

- The festival’s goal is to promote and help small filmmakers and productions. Support indie cinema and entertain people with culture and knowledge.
