Filmmaker, screenwriter, photographer and cultural producer from Pernambuco (Brazil), graduated in Publicity, Propaganda and Digital Media. He expanded his universe as a communicator, specializing in photography and cinema. He went through some advertising agencies before creating zero8onze PhotoCine, in 2016. An independent producer, between 2015 and 2022 he made several productions in cinema, theater, private corporations and on the internet.
He co-produced and co-directed the short films: “O Som do Surto” (The Sound of the Outbreak); “VOLTA, eu te amo!” (Come back, I love you!) - fiction and Documentary - and “Avesso” (Reverse) where he signs the direction and the script, in addition to giving life to one of the protagonists of the short film.
His first feature film “Alugo Quartos” (I rent rooms) is in post-production, in addition to the documentary “Pétalas” (Petals) and his photo-documentary project “Batom Vermelho” (Red Lipstick).
In music, among other productions, he produced and directed the webseries “Mulheres do Samba” (Samba Women), the clip “Fogaréu” (Big Fire), by Renata Jambeiro, and co-produced the clip “Janaina”, by Sá Gabriel.
He carried out 07 projects of photographic exhibitions in several cities in Brazil and worked with photography and audiovisual within the theater.
In early 2021, he produced in partnership with Cia. Experimental de Teatro, the show “Depois do Fim do Mundo”, which was performed at the Festival Janeiro de Grandes Espetáculos (January Festival of Great Shows), in Recife-PE (2021), and in partnership with Cia. Eficientes Especiais, the show “Mania de Você, a tribute to Rita Lee”, a theatrical play with only blind artists, filmed during the COVID-19 pandemic, at Teatro João Caetano, Rio de Janeiro-RJ, and broadcast online. line on the FUNARJ EM CASA platform.
Now, he presents his newest work: the short film: “Alice, my father!”. Independent film that Fernando signs the production, script and direction.
