After starting my professional career as a theatre performance producer, I have broadened my training on a day-to-day basis by participating in workshops and seminars on event, art and media production. In addition to this, I have managed and developed media projects for different NGOs and independent projects in my country, Cuba, on such topics as health, religion and education, and freedom of expression.
All this has made me an independent artivist focused on developing projects and solutions and thus supporting the social problems depicted in my films.
