Felat Erkozan is a Kurdish filmmaker and activist based in the Netherlands. He graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Radio, Television and Cinema. Erkozans artistic focus revolves around collective memory, space, urban, and the theme of alienation. He is recently working on a film-video series titled Ordinary Disasters. The series consists of works that explore various audio-visual forms through memory, focusing on socio-political issues of contemporary history.
