The Fayoum International Festival for Environmental Films and Contemporary Arts is an annual event organized by Masar Foundation for Culture and Arts. It will take place from November 25 to November 30, 2025.
The first film festival focused on the environment in Egypt is considered a platform to highlight films that address various environmental topics. It brings together filmmakers and participants from around the world.

Rules & Terms

Section One
International Competition for Feature Fiction, Documentary, and Animated Films
Conditions:
- Films must be at least 60 minutes long.
- Participating films should not have been commercially screened in Egypt or participated in any Egyptian festival.
- Films must be produced in 2024-2025.
- Films must be translated into English.
- Multiple films from the same country are allowed to participate.

International Competition for Short Fiction, Documentary, and Animated Films
Conditions:
- Films must not exceed 30 minutes in length.
- Films should not have participated in any Egyptian festival.
- Participating films must be produced in 2024-2025.
- Films must be translated into English.

Competition For Egyptian Students Films :
- Films must not exceed 30 minutes in length.
- Participating films must be produced in 2024-2025.
