Fatima Nofely was born in a Kurdish's family. She immigrated to Tehran as a child and continued live there. She became interested in cinema in his teenage years and started his filmmaking education by joining the Asghar Farhadi's film making course.
Then joining Faculty of Art and Architecture of Islamic Azad University Tehran Center Branch in 2016 for master course of Dramatic Literature. Eventually joined Iranian Youth Cinema Society in 2019 for film making course.
She began her directing career with the short film "Impersonation", in 2017 about women's forbidden to go to the stadium in Iran. In 2019 she directed a short film "Wallet" that won the international grand prize at the 15th Mobile Film Festival in Paris.
In 2020, she career cinema documentary by a film "Derby in Tajrish". Then she made a professional short film "Hamster" with the co-producing from France and Iran, in 2023.
