Fabio Serpa was born in Paola, in the province of Cosenza, 17 May 1991. Passionate from a young age of comic cinema and gender, he has alternated the afternoons of her childhood, between the episodes of "Tom & Gerry", "Laurel and Hardy "and" Mr. Bean ".
In the 2000s his love for cinema is growing exponentially and browse any type of film, preferring science fiction films and comic. In 2006 he directs his first short in mini DV, but it is only in 2009 that one of its products can escape outside the walls of the house and wins three awards at the Festival of Castrolibero "A school of courts" as "Best Short Film" "Best director" and "Best Original score."
Success that will be replicated in 2010 winning the award as "best operator", in the same festival, but with a different work
After graduating, without success, at the "Roma Film Academy" at Cinecittà (Rome), he moved to Milan, where he works with a student at the University "Iulm" of Milan, in a project that is inspired by Star Wars and he wins at the "Los Angeles Web Festival" as "Best Cinematography."
In 2016, however, he works with another student from another university to a web project series as a film editor, sound designer and assistant director in zombie theme and together they win the Infinity Film Festival in September, of the same year.
His latest work, "El Duelo Weird!", A false western with a surprise ending, has so far obtained at least twenty nominations worldwide and two small prizes in Rome and Berlin.
