Extremely LowBudget Productions is run by Derek G., a graduate of the University of Colorado Denver. He specializes in making genre films. He’s been working as a video editor since 2016.

Derek's films are five-time Cinefest nominees with nominations for Best Production 2 Film (The Pathogen), Best Junior Sound Design (In The Eye Of The Beholder), Best Senior Film (Motherboard), Best Senior Editing (Motherboard), and Best Senior Picture (Motherboard).
His films have also won two Cinefest awards: Best Junior VFX (In The Eye Of The Beholder) and Best Senior VFX (Motherboard).
