She organized the Official 2025 NYC Womxn's March with co-host Evie Kasper, the Women's March, Rise and Resist, and Gays Against Guns, and is passionate about inspiring women to feel powerful and unburdened by social norms. Her song, "The Right, A Pro-Choice Anthem" has been performed worldwide despite waves of suppression. Her current project is “Love. [Nonfiction]”, which started off as
an exploration to find out if true love really exists. Three years later, she has shot 100+ hours of footage investigating the evolution of love and contemporary partnership.
Joy is now convinced that conscious love will save the world.
