All films must be completed after January 1, 2022.
All films must be in English or have English subtitles to be considered.
All films and screenplays must be original works.
By submitting the material, the applicant hereby agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Ethereal Horror Fest LLC and its affiliates from any liability, claims, and damages in connection with the submission and from any fees and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees, that any of them may incur in connection therewith.
I/We agree to hold Ethereal Horror Fest LLC harmless from and defend them against all claims, demands, losses, damages, judgments, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with any and all claims of third parties, whether or not groundless, based on any film submitted to the Festival.
I/We understand that failure to adhere to the competition rules and regulations will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the entry fee.
Any unauthorized use or reproduction of the festival's name, logo, likeness, or any other proprietary materials will result in legal action. Ethereal Horror Fest LLC reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including but not limited to, seeking damages and injunctive relief for any unauthorized use or infringement of its intellectual property. Furthermore, anyone caught seeking to damage or defame Ethereal Horror Fest will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
