Erick Thompson is a communications professional and avid trail runner. He's produced a series of films about his ultra marathon experiences, including the Fat Dog 100k and Squamish 50/50.

Erick is a former television news anchor and reporter. In 2009, he produced, shot and edited an award-winning television news series called Islanders in Nepal.
