A movie hub for the practice, discourse, and presentation of art and movement-based on works including, but not limited to, the Gender - Sexuality - Asexuality in the contexts of Asia and beyond.
World's First A-Spec Queer Film Production house, Epiphania Visual works in the field of film making with a special focus on gender equality, and asexuality. It is also the pioneer Queer Art Gallery & Archive of Bangladesh since its founding in 2016 to facilitate high-quality, transformative arts events for children and young adults.
As an organization, we believe that theatre and art experiences must be an indispensable part of a child’s life because they spark the imagination and provide the skills, curiosity, and creativity for children to experience their world in a fuller manner. We produce, curate, and tour performances as well as arts festivals. It also organizes art exhibitions, film shows, art/film talks, get-togethers, etc.
All the work we bring and create is designed not to ‘teach’ but rather to acquaint children with different creative methods, enable them to share their inspirations, and in the process ignite their imagination, encouraging little ones to teenagers, to explore their own ingenuity.
Epiphania Visuals is a trustee of the Bangladeshi Asexual Association.
