The Grandson of 2x Emmy Winner and DC Legend, Virgin Mary Jefferson, Zachary Paige-Westbrook is one of the most promising names in the realm of entertainment industry today. However, despite being the grandson of such an iconic figure, his early life was marred with tragedy and trauma, following his parents’ death. Fortunately, he was later adopted by the renowned black Emmy-Winning journalist, Ann Sawyer, the best friend and student of Mary Jefferson, and that was the most important turning point of his life.
Under Ann’s care and guidance, Zachary enrolled into theatre, film, and martial arts, winning numerous gold medals and international martial arts championships. Today, Zachary is a proud HBCU graduate of the Illustrious Dillard University in New Orleans, LA where he became a city-wide star on the stage performing a range in a variety of plays from Shakespeare to August Wilson. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Theatre Performance. He is also a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc Epsilon Alpha Chapter. During college, Zachary served in the Army National Guard for 3 years. Now an HBCU grad, Zachary continues to strive for excellence in producing his own films and entertainment under his own production company. Enter The Draco launched his company, Enter the DracoTM Productions LLC where he wrote, directed, produced, and acted in his own films. Beside his elevating status in the film industry, was his talent in martial arts that excelled after moving to Memphis in 2004. Enter The Draco was well versed in Taekwondo and Hapkido, winning the world championship in Taekwondo in which he is a 3rd Degree Black Belt. Enter The Draco went from being an HBCU Award Nominee for Best Fine Arts in 2017-2019, to winning awards for his screenplays and feature film. “ENTER THE DRACO” was the first screenplay that saw his creative genius flourish. The story follows a silent martial artist who enters a tournament to win the cash prize and save his home.
After completion of its writing, Enter The Draco went on to pen, direct, produce and star in his feature film “My Brother’s Keeper.” The story details a striking young student, Louis, who joins a familiar gang organization, only to become a kidnap victim when things go south. His life hangs in the balance as his brother, Lance, aims to keep his promise to his deceased father and save his brother from the intentions of his kidnapper, who happens to have a secret with Lance.
His latest script “SUGAR V HITMAN” is inspired by the classic boxing tale of the unified welterweight championship bout held at Caesar’s Palace in 1981. It is a cinematic masterpiece that Enter The Draco hopes to make a reality after securing approval from Sugar Ray Leonard and Thomas Hitman Hearns. Once he has the green light, he plans on producing the potential Emmy Award winning feature through his Enter The DracoTM Productions.
