Born and raised in Toronto, Ferri spent his youth as a baseball enthusiast, video gamer, and passionate lover of film and music.

After graduating from OCAD University in 2009, he began his career in the advertising industry as a Video Editor in post-production. His career as an Editor has taken him to Toronto, New York City, Montréal, and Chicago, where he collaborated with a diverse range of creative professionals.

As a Director, Ferri has worked on short films, digital campaigns, and online commercials for social media platforms. His short films have been both nominated for awards and have won recognition in the U.S, Europe, and Asia.

He also owns and operates Stanley Wood Films, a small independent production and post-production company in Toronto established in 2015.
