Chugh did his schooling at Sant Prem Singh sen sec school in barara, than studied BA at MN College Sahabad. His father is a shopkeeper and his mother is a housewife.
Deep chugh in an interview disclosed he went to become an actor and ended up writing dialogues and scripts for shorts films.
Then after that, in 2019 he met the owner of Filmybox, Narendra Singh and after that he got a chance to write B A pass 3 and then he did not stop and make many more movies, short films or web series.
He also make many series for prime shots and other regional ott platforms. He is well known for comedy and erotic drama.

He started his career from his school days. He used to write some stories in school and then play them and thus his hobby went on increasing and he decided that he would make acting films as his career and after that he won many trophies and many prizes in college. .
