DAVON E. JOHNSON
Davon E. Johnson is a 59-year-old director, producer, writer, film festival director and actor. He has directed numerous films and has two feature films under his belt.
Davon started his production company, Davon E. Johnson Filmworks Production, in 1989. Four of his films have aired on PBS television and he has won numerous awards in film festivals in the United States, Europe, and Asia including First Place in New Zealand for his short film ‘Portrait of a Soul” Of late my work been on the 1963 Peace Protests, My short doc The March for Freedom 1963 receive ‘A Special Award for the Best Short Film: ‘Recommended for School” Festival ‘A Film for Peace” Italy. Davon feature film ‘Color Blind gain a distribution deal with Maverick Entertainment”
My Work on the 1963 Peaceful Protest in Washington D.C. has been Awarded. My two new shorts doc on Ira Aldridge and my lasted based on Gender equality. Title: Undervalued Women in the Workplace ‘She Acting for Change” Davon organized two film festivals and his fall film
