David Lipper first became known as DJ’s boyfriend Viper on Full House - a role he would reprise in the reboot, Fuller House, 20 years later. Lipper would star on several more sitcoms, like the leading role in Fox’s Misguided Angels for 26 episodes, before transitioning to more dramatic roles like the title role in The Black Widower and the Texas Cadet Murders.
Lipper has produced 18 movies since the pandemic directed 3, and starred in several, including the starring role in Reboot Camp (winner of Best Comedy at the Austin, Maui, and Garden State Film Festivals) with Ed Begley Jr, David Koechner, Ja Rule, Eric Roberts, Lindsey Shaw, and Chaz Bono (released May 4th on DVD all T-VOD platforms), and recently produced Not Without Hope (Joe Carnahan, Zachary Levi, Josh Duhamel), Freud's Last Session (Anthony Hopkins, Mathew Goode), The Tower (Bella Thorne) Painted Beauty, with Claire Holt, and Clifton Collins Jr, Underdogs Rising, Just Swipe , with Jodie Sweetin and Alec Mapa, and the 2 films David has directed in the last year - Death Link and Wolf Mountain, with Danny Trejo, Malu Trevejo, and Tobin Bell. David just wrapped his first Western, A Place Of Bones, with Tom Hopper and Heather Graham.
The Unwilling launched Lipper as a producer and writer in 2017 - a film that can be seen on Amazon Prime and YouTube, where it has amassed almost 6 million views and many festival awards, including best actor wins for Lipper. And he has continued writing and producing in his current film, A Christmas Letter, where he is also the film’s star, playing opposite Glenda Braganza with Enrico Calantone, Roger Cross and Colin Mochrie. Lipper's latest directing gig is Murder At Hollow Creek with Mickey Rourke and jason Patric, heading to festival submissions now.
Lipper is originally from Montreal, Canada, but has been in Los Angeles since the Full House days.
